This document is a faithful reproduction of the original act duly signed by the Beys de Constantine. It was established under the reign of Turkish Hussein Bey V whose exact date of its signature is illegible (...). the document indicates on the other hand the name of its writer in fact, the scholar Mohamed Abd El Wahab buried in Mecque. As it specifies that Abd El Wahab El Moulati is the paternal filiation of Sahnoun and presents in the following way:Sahnoun Ibn Belkacem Ibn Chinoun Ibn Abd El Aziz Ibn Abd El Wahab El Moulati whose relationship (Moulate and Sahnoun) is of Nacer or Mansour Ibn Ahmed El Basri Ibn Ali Ibn Abd El Aziz Ibn Djaffar Ibn Abd El Hadi Ibn Abdellah Ibn Saad Ibn Mehdi Ibn Khelifa Ibn Abd El Kader Ibn Moussa Ibn Zeid Ibn El Kheicher Ibn Ali Ibn Salah Ibn Kaab Ibn Zakaria Ibn Talha Ibn Zoubir Ibn El Awwam (That peace is on him) À to note that the children of Talha are: Mohamed, Ammar, Foamed, Aissa, Yahia, Zakaria, Ismail and Yacob. The original act also underlines that before settling definitively in the mountain of Ouleds Tebane (Bir Kirat) (Algeria) and before meeting his/her friend Barakat, Sahnoun was established in the famous Hammad city of the State of Hammadites located at the east of Msila (Algeria).

With another wife, Brouka of the family of Ouleds Kacem, he is also father of three other children (Abderrahmane, Ahmed and Mebarek). According to the close relations of the children of Sahnoun, Ahmed Ibn Barkat is father of three children (Ahmed, Abd El moumen and Ouadheh). While the two first died, Ouadheh had on the other hand descendants whose collateral relationship is subdivided in 4 branches: Abd Allah, Mihoub, Ahmed and Mohamed; the ones settled in the area of Wadi Zenati (Algeria), the others in the area of Ouerziz.(Algeria) the family tie between Sahnoun and the children of Moulate is located at the first degree on the side of their grandfather, that is to say Abd El Wahab El Moulati. As for the close relations of Sahnoun in the area of Hodhna (Algeria) where it was established definitively, they are Thaalibs whose family tie with the children of Sahnoun goes up with the 4è degree (Chinoun Ibn Abd El Aziz Ibn Abd El Wahab) which is one of the children of Moulat to specify finally that the principal ascending ones among the children of Moulate are Sahnoun and Thaalib.
